What does our team do?

We are looking for a highly motivated senior software engineer who will join our R&D and be part of a strong team of talented developers. The Platform team is responsible for developing complex application infrastructure, ensuring our product’s efficient and seamless growth, and delivering a direct impact to our customers and R&D teams.

What You Will Do

• Lead infrastructure initiatives and solve problems from requirements to delivery across product areas and technologies.
• Write reliable, efficient, secure, and scalable code.
• Address complex software challenges, optimize for performance and security.
• Drive the team’s technical roadmap and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with engineering and other teams to improve development efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate with customers and positively influence their experience.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of our team and organization’s culture.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of software development experience.
• Experience in E2E design and implementation of features in large-scale backend and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Backend Development using Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of Networking and Network Security.
• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Experience in high-scale production environments.
• Experience working with Cloud environments.
• Experience with technologies like Ansible, HAProxy, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, or virtualization infrastructure.
• Security development experience is a significant advantage.

Advantages include a BSc in computer science or related fields, experience with C, and Kubernetes or microservices architectures.
