GitGuardian is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform to own the Core platform and Self-Hosted roadmaps. You will collaborate with Engineering, Platform/SRE, Sales and CSM to balance security, access control and deployment experiences for Fortune 500 customers, while maintaining a data-driven, AI-native product approach.

You will drive strategy, discovery and execution across a platform-centric product area, shaping adoption and revenue in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with complex, technical products.
• Experience with enterprise customers and long sales cycles.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, logs, configurations with Eng/Platform/SRE.
• 2+ years as Software Engineer or DevOps; self-hosted experience a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team alignment.
• Ability to prioritize between enterprise commitments, run load and technical debt.
• Data-driven decision making with dashboards and funnels.
• AI-native mindset and willingness to use agentic tools.
• Ownership, autonomy and business judgment; English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Own the Core platform roadmap (SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC, notifications, audit logs, billing, marketplaces, etc.) and the Self-Hosted roadmap.
• Lead enterprise discovery with DevOps, Security, AppSec, Platform/SRE to translate feedback into product decisions.
• Unblock revenue by resolving platform gaps (RBAC, SSO/SCIM, notifier parity).
• Drive self-hosted adoption and upgrade success in air-gapped or controlled environments.
• Define and track metrics for platform health and adoption using data.
• Prioritize enterprise commitments, run load and tech debt over loud requests.
• Partner with Engineering and Platform/SRE on architecture-level decisions.
