Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and implement its scalable infrastructure, handling real-time data processing and complex datasets. You will work with Kubernetes, cloud services, and a broad toolchain to keep the platform fast, reliable, and secure.

You will also contribute to software development, collaborating withbackend and frontend teams, and joining an SRE group to drive automation and improvements across pipelines and deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding experience in a modern language stack.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, Go, etc.).
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define and build scalable infrastructure to meet performance needs.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy of the platform.
• Monitor performance and observability across services and pipelines.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Support Pigment’s geographic expansion and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with security on infrastructure and CI/CD tooling.
