Ubisoft Paris seeks an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate a GPU-focused AI platform on Google Cloud. You will deliver self-service compute for data scientists, establish deployment patterns, and help manage a new Kubernetes cluster within the IT squad.

You will collaborate with Data Science teams from PoC to production, drive cost-conscious infrastructure, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Platform, DevOps, or MLOps Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, CRDs and operators, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Solid experience with GCP; AWS is a strong plus.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset; document solutions, measure adoption, and set technical precedents.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and operate a GPU platform on GCP for AI workloads, infrastructure-as-code.
• Deliver self-service compute for data science teams (Ray on Kubernetes) with job submission, queuing, quotas, and cost visibility.
• Establish golden paths for deploying services so product teams can ship new services without manual ops steps.
• Assist IT Squad in deployment, hosting, and operation of models in production environments.
• Oversee and control infrastructure costs including GPUs and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with data science teams from PoC to production clusters.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability and efficiency of systems.
• Automate internal workflows using AI-powered systems where applicable.
