Ubisoft Paris, the studio behind Just Dance and Ghost Recon, is building a new Platform Team focused on GPU workloads and high-performance model serving and training technologies. You will design, build and operate a GPU platform on GCP, deliver self-service compute for data scientists, and establish golden paths for scalable service deployment.

As the first Platform/DevOps/MLOps Engineer, you will mentor others, manage IaC pipelines, and help govern costs while collaborating with data science

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Platform/DevOps/MLOps Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps practices, including CRDs, operators, and Helm.
• Strong experience with GCP; AWS exposure is a strong plus.
• Platform-as-a-product mindset; able to work with ambiguity and autonomously support data scientists as users.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and operate a GPU platform on GCP for AI workloads, expressed as infrastructure-as-code.
• Deliver self-service compute for the data science team, e.g. Ray on Kubernetes, with job submission, queuing, quotas and cost visibility.
• Establish golden paths for deploying services so product teams can ship new services without repetitive operations.
• Assist the IT Squad in deployment, hosting, and smooth operation of models in production environments.
• Oversee and control infrastructure costs including GPUs and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams from PoC to production deployments.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and efficiency of the systems and automate workflows.
