Jobgether is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in France to build and evolve a global, hybrid infrastructure. You will own platforms that enable engineering teams to deploy and operate workloads with GitOps-based workflows, across bare-metal, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.

You will design scalable platform systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and developer experience, collaborating across time zones in a small autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with large-scale, multi-region Linux infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven experience building platforms, infrastructure tooling, automation, or workflows for engineers.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices.
• Experience owning production observability: metrics, logs, alerts, runbooks.

Responsabilités

• Design and build self-service platform capabilities for deployment and operation of workloads.
• Shape workload deployment practices with GitOps and Kubernetes workflows.
• Develop and maintain global hybrid infrastructure across bare-metal, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and convert challenges into reusable tools.
• Improve platform scalability, reliability, and observability for engineering teams.
