Jus Mundi, based in Paris with flexible remote options, seeks a Senior Platform & Cloud Engineer to own the cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform. You will design scalable multi-cloud systems and ensure high reliability for rapidly evolving services.

You will collaborate with engineers, product and design to automate, improve security and drive cost-efficient operations across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cloud infra, platform engineering or DevOps.
• Production cloud infra experience; you’re the one paged when it breaks.
• Strong Kubernetes at cluster-operations level.
• Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers.
• Deployed and maintained an observability stack.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools.

About the Role

Jus Mundi is looking for a full-time Senior Platform & Cloud Engineer to join the team. We want you to be part of a team of passionate people who are always ready to help each other. This position is based in Paris with a very flexible remote working arrangement.

Within the EPD (Engineering, Product and Design) department, you will build, run, and evolve our internal developer platform and the scalable cloud infrastructure that powers it. You will create paved paths, self-service tooling, and automation that enable engineering teams to ship faster, more safely, and with greater autonomy. You will also own hands-on cloud engineering across Kubernetes, multi-cloud infrastructure, database and search clusters, security, reliability, and cost optimization.

You will design and maintain the cloud infrastructure that enables developers to build, ship, and run reliable, high-performing services in production:

• Design and operate scalable, reliable multi-cloud infrastructure
• Build and own reusable platform components (CI/CD templates, IaC modules, observability-as-a-service...)

• Maintain and improve infrastructure security and reliability

Preferred Experience and Skills

Must Have

• You have 6+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps.
• You have run cloud infrastructure in production, not just designed it, and you've been the person paged when it broke.
• You have a strong Kubernetes experience at the cluster-operations level.
• You automate your work: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers.
• You have deployed and maintain an observability stack.
• You are comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools.

This is a plus:

• Experience managing and optimizing database & search clusters
• Experience with specific technologies: Scaleway, OVHcloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, Elasticsearch, HashiCorp Suite (Vault/Nomad/Consul)
