Aspire Resourcing partners with a global industrial client to recruit a Senior Operations Manager / Plant Manager in Arras, Hauts-de-France, France. Role requires an engineering degree and at least 15 years in a senior management position with operational responsibility, strong EHS/process safety experience, and proven leadership across a matrix organisation.

The successful candidate will oversee full P&L, drive safety compliance and performance, and influence staff across levels; bilingual

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with at least 15 years’ experience in a senior level management role (operational responsibility).
• Significant experience of relevant EHS and Process Safety standards and demonstrable people safety practices.
• Strong business and financial understanding.
• Experience of operating in an environment where compliance is key.
• Excellent leadership skills with proven track record in people management and the ability to influence staff at all levels; strong multi-skilled background within a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills both orally and written.
• Bi-Lingual in English, French would be ideal.
