For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior PHP Backend Engineer, remotely from anywhere.

As a Senior PHP Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features, optimize system performance, and enhance the overall user experience. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring best practices in software development. You will work in a fast-paced environment, deploying updates frequently and continuously improving backend infrastructure. Your contributions will directly impact the success and reliability of the platform.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using PHP
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of backend applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to implement new features
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues
