We seek a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our paid media strategy and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of managing performance marketing channels, scaling user acquisition, and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.

- Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and improve ROI through data-driven insights.

- Optimize ad spend allocation and scale campaigns effectively.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

- Align paid marketing efforts with SEO, content, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

- Manage budgets, forecast performance trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Leverage marketing tech, automation, and AI-driven tools for efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce/DTC.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and data analytics tools (GA4, GTM).

- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize for ROAS.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
