Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) in Paris seeks a People Business Partner aligned to Asset & Wealth Management, Europe (AWM EUR). You will operate between the business unit and People function, shaping people strategy and ensuring best-practice HR delivery across recruitment, learning and engagement.

You will partner with senior leaders, analyse people data, and drive talent planning, reward and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years HR or recruitment experience with strategic partnering.
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on people strategy.
• Experience in talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• University degree in a relevant discipline.
• CIPD 5, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent accreditation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Engage with senior leaders as a trusted business partner and participate in the people agenda.
• Lead data reporting and analysis across recruitment, HR and learning to inform strategy.
• Drive BAU processes for recruitment, performance and compensation planning.
• Contribute to strategic projects in workforce planning, retention and leadership development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design organisation structures and career frameworks.
• Support post-acquisition integration and cross‑functional people initiatives.
• Deliver people communications and executive reporting to leadership and the board.
