This senior role requires deep expertise in cross-country payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance across France, the UK, Poland, and the US.

The position partners with HR, Finance, IT, and Total Rewards to maintain audit readiness and drive service excellence across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive payroll experience in complex, multi-country environments.
• Experience managing payroll across EMEA; exposure to NA is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across functions.
• Experience with integrated payroll systems (SAP).
• High attention to detail and strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee payroll operations across SAP payroll countries within EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex payroll issues and cross-country challenges.
• Provide backup support for key payroll roles in the region, including UK coverage.
• Support payroll activities outside EMEA when necessary (NA and South Africa).
• Provide expertise on complex payroll cases (profit-sharing, regulatory updates).
• Monitor payroll KPIs, service levels, and regional performance.
• Identify operational risks and ensure continuity of payroll execution.
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to policies and local law.
• Support internal and external audits; collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Total Rewards.
