Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst on a fixed-term 12-month contract for our Morangis, France location. You will lead transitions from outsourced to in-house payroll, consolidating entities and strengthening our HR infrastructure.

Fluency in French and English is essential to collaborate across the EMEA region. The role requires deep knowledge of French payroll legislation, extensive experience in payroll management, and the ability to manage stakeholders while ensuring compliance

• Numerous years of experience in French payroll management within complex, matrix organisations.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience with payroll transformation or system integration projects.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating complex payroll data to identify and resolve risks.
• Fluency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence our operational landscape by executing critical historical reconciliations and consolidating multiple legal entities into a unified, in-house payroll operation. By bringing our French payroll capabilities under one roof, your expertise will help raise the standard of our HR infrastructure and build a seamlessly integrated foundation for our regional workforce.
