Requirements
  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven success in driving sales opportunities from lead to closure, negotiating agreements, and building lasting partnerships
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly verbally and in writing
  • University degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (when possible)
Nice to have
  • Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
  • Fluency in Spanish, German, French, Scandinavian, or other European languages

  • Self-starter capable of driving projects from start to finish

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EMEA partner strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across EMEA
  • Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities
  • Host strategic partner QBRs
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
