Natixis CIB in Paris seeks an experienced paralegal for an 18-month fixed-term contract in the Capital Markets legal team. The role supports lawyers in standardized, essential tasks around derivative transactions, repos, and securities lending with a focus on financing coverage operations.

You will monitor documentation flow, assist with signature logistics, and maintain repositories, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in a global, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Holder of at least a 1-year master’s degree in private law/business law.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar positions within a bank or law firm, with significant experience in banking and financial legal documentation.
• Proficient in English with minimum B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily tasks in the Derivatives and Structured Finance team, focusing on legal and documentary processes.
• Handle simple amendments within predefined models and alert lawyers for non-standard issues.
• Coordinate signatures and ensure proper documentation execution and archiving.
• Manage confidentiality agreements (NDAs) using approved templates and liaise with internal/external parties.
• Monitor and update legal opinions, update databases and repositories.
