Paid Social Executive – 12 Month Contract (ASAP Start)

Remote – Must be based in Spain, or Portugal

12 Month Contract | Fully Remote | £130/day

We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Executive to join a high-performing digital media team working with globally recognised clients in music, wellness, tech, and beyond.

This is a 12-month freelance contract starting ASAP, fully remote, but you must have the right to work in, Spain, or Portugal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting senior team members on live paid media campaigns.
• Hands-on setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Building dashboards, analysing performance and contributing to strategy discussions.
• Getting under the skin of high-consideration brands and complex buying journeys.
• Collaborating with a fully remote, pan-European team on exciting client accounts.

• Someone with 1+ years of experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
• A sharp thinker who blends analytical insight with creative flair.
• Experience of working in an agency setting, ideally a smaller agency.
