Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish, the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with varied performance goals with a focus on the retail sector.
- Execute campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimisation, and performance analysis, while managing relationships with ad networks.
- Manage the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies, and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and implement comprehensive Pay-Per-Click strategies tailored to each client.
- Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices, and methods.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all new formats, technical solutions, and projects.
- Occasionally contribute to the growth of the French SEA Department by taking part in pitches and business development.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Over 4 years of experience managing SEA campaigns.
- Skills using technologies and processes involved in running paid search campaigns including Search Ads 360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Some experience mentoring.
- Familiarity with leadership and managing a small client team.
- Fluency in French and English is required given the scope of clients.
- Digital and media culture, allowing you to add value for the clients you manage.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances with an ability to summarise and analyse data.
