Long-standing clients of Leaman Consulting are seeking an experienced Senior Private PA to join their team in Paris. This multifaceted role encompasses property management, financial oversight, human resources, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational and financial skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom). The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.

Outstanding interpersonal skills are required to interact diplomatically with diverse stakeholders, manage relationships, and lead with a proactive, adaptable approach. Flexibility is crucial to handle both planned and unexpected tasks effectively.

Fluency in French is mandatory, with professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

This role is ideal for someone with high emotional intelligence, capable of fostering trust, uniting teams, and managing interpersonal dynamics with fairness and authority. Flexibility and availability to meet the evolving needs of the role are necessary.

The primary focus is managing a portfolio of real estate properties, including five apartments and a private mansion in Paris, along with overseeing construction sites locally and abroad. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, service contract management, obtaining quotes, coordinating with providers, and ensuring timely invoice payments. Participation in co-ownership meetings to represent property interests is also required.

Financial responsibilities include verifying invoices, overseeing banking transactions, managing budgets, and maintaining contracts for utilities and insurance. Payroll management for 11 household staff, including expense report verification, is also part of the role.

HR duties involve collaborating with recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, drafting contracts, managing staff schedules, organizing training, and overseeing time off and working hours.

Managing the family's calendar, children's schedules, and travel logistics—such as booking travel, preparing itineraries, arranging accommodation and transport, and handling visas—is also expected.

Administrative tasks include managing correspondence, organizing appointments and meetings, drafting documents, handling memberships and payments, and coordinating virtual meetings via Zoom and Teams.

Close collaboration with the family office and related group companies is essential for seamless household operations.
