About The Role
You will be part of a dynamic team of operation team leads and coordinators and responsible for the in-person onboarding of our drivers. You will translate strategic goals and high-level insights into structured, actionable plans to foster top-in-class experience in our hubs, building strong foundations for early retention of drivers into the platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact across Bolt's global operations while developing solutions that benefit our drivers
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive the translation, implementation, and execution of the global strategic plan for hubs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of hubs, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met : be fully accountable for the performance, productivity, and quality of the hubs.
- Perform root cause analysis for any gaps in target achievements, using problem-solving techniques and presenting findings in a clear, results-oriented manner.
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding & support management procedures across all hubs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work hand by hand with the operation managers & senior operation specialist to identify and address operational challenges in order to enhance the onboarding process and maximize activation and early retention.
- Hire, train, and manage hub supervisors across all locations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead by example, fostering an environment where ethical behavior is recognized and rewarded.
About you:
- You are fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- You have experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a passionate, people-oriented person who is an excellent communicator.
- You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.
- You can effectively communicate in English, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a significant focus on project and stakeholder management.
- You have excellent coaching skills to get people to deliver great results.
