Hellmann East Europe Group is seeking a Senior Operational Account Manager in Villepinte to own service outcomes for key Air & Sea accounts and to lead performance reviews with cross-functional teams. You will drive improvements, serve as the main customer contact during disruptions, and support upsell opportunities.

Key requirements include 7+ years in international freight forwarding with senior account ownership, fluent English (French/Spanish/Chinese a plus), and a business/logistics degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (Air/Sea) with ownership of strategic key accounts (Senior).
• Fluent English required; plus French/Spanish/Chinese is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain; Lean/CI certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own service performance outcomes (on-time delivery, SLA adherence, data quality) for assigned accounts and align Operations and Product.
• Lead regular service huddles and review dashboards to catch risks early.
• Act as customer main contact during major service disruptions and communicate impact, actions, recovery outlook.
• Drive continuous improvement, from data issues to process redesign, with BPM colleagues.
• Prepare and support customer business reviews (QBRs) and provide Sales with data-driven upsell input.
• Be the customer's voice inside Hellmann and Hellmann's voice to the customer.
