Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a Senior Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology Lead to join the Pharmacokinetics and Toxicology team in Toulouse, France. You will bridge early translational work with late-stage regulatory success, driving data-driven decisions and maximizing pipeline potential in oncology, with growth in rare disease and dermatology.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape MIDD strategy, design first-in-human trials, and interact with regulators to advance assets.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., Pharm.D. or M.D. in clinical pharmacology or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech clinical pharmacology and translational PK/PD.
• Experience leading oncology pharmacology strategies; rare disease or dermatology a plus.
• Demonstrated modeling literacy and ability to manage internal/external modellers.
• Ability to influence strategic decisions in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology development plans from pre-IND to approval and lifecycle.
• Drive MIDD strategy and translate program needs into modeling plans.
• Provide scientific oversight for protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Lead first-in-human trial design and PK/PD analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Toxicology, Regulatory, Clinical).
• Engage with health authorities and support BD due diligence.
