Job summary

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Offshore, Subsea, or Pipeline Installation Engineering.
- Experience with offshore pipelay or reel-lay operations is highly desirable.
- Strong technical leadership and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Commitment to HSE, quality, and engineering excellence.
- Ability to work in international, multidisciplinary environments.
- Willingness to travel for short offshore or overseas assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical work scopes within project and tender teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and manage technical deliverables.
- Develop and review installation procedures, methodologies, and calculations.
- Interface with clients, subcontractors, vessel operations, supply chain, and engineering disciplines.
- Support offshore operations and contribute to project execution when required.
- Identify installation risks and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
