Mistral AI seeks a hands-on Pentester to join our Offensive Security team. You will run real client engagements, identify vulnerabilities in client systems and in our own harness, and help shape AI-driven offensive security tools.

We welcome experts who can operate independently from scoping to delivery, with strong web security, AppSec, and cloud expertise, and a passion for breaking systems to improve security.

Qualificações

• Senior-level pentesting experience with solo engagement delivery from scoping to reporting.
• Strong background in web security, application security, and source-code review.
• Experience with AD, cloud environments, and CI/CD/supply chain security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead real client engagements: scoping, tooling, and delivering results.
• Triaging findings, reducing false positives, and providing actionable remediation guidance.
• Advise clients on deployment and security improvements as a trusted partner.
• Travel to client sites and switch between engagements as needed.
• Contribute to internal security harnesses and AI-powered offensive security capabilities.
