Mistral.ai is hiring a Software Engineer with cybersecurity experience to productionize our cyber offerings. You will turn cutting-edge prototypes into scalable services powering offensive and defensive security capabilities, and enable Applied deployments at client sites with scalable infrastructure.

You will work with temporal-style workflows, containerized deployments, and SDKs to transform demos into production-grade services, shaping AI-powered cybersecurity at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineer with cybersecurity product or tooling experience.
• Comfortable with agentic / LLM orchestration and context engineering.
• Track record of shipping production-quality code.
• Experience with distributed systems and service architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Harness Productionization: turn research into deployable cyber solutions.
• Orchestrate red-team / blue-team agent loops and autonomous security workflows.
• Build connectors, worker scaling, and SDKs to productionize demos.
• Integrate with Mistral Stack: workflows, Vibe, and containerized deployments.
• Design infrastructure enabling client deployments and ongoing security training.
