Mistral is seeking hands-on Pentesters to join our Offensive Security team. You will run our mature offensive solution on real client engagements, hunt for vulnerabilities in Mistral's own systems, and explore open‑source targets to advance our cyber harness.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality findings and practical remediation guidance. This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge AI‑powered security capabilities and the chance to shape how security testing

Qualifications

• P0 specialty: web / AppSec + source-code review.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality penetration testing results.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in vulnerability identification.

Responsabilités

• Run offensive security engagements on real client projects: scoping, tooling, delivering results.
• Triaging output and reducing false positives to provide actionable findings.
• Advise clients through deployment and remediation as a trusted security partner.
• Travel to client premises and manage engagement cadence.
