Responsibilities :
  • Represent EMEA Operations within R&D New Products Projects (C1 & C2).
  • Manage local EMEA New Products projects (C3), collaborating with regional counterparts (Country Planning Coordinator).
  • Participate in detailed product offer processes to support value creation and rationalization.
  • Lead EMEA Operations teams (Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing) to define planning, resources, and responsibilities for new product launches.
  • Work closely with NPPD project managers, GLI, Market Strategy, WWPRO, IT, Marketing, and local CPC to ensure successful launch implementation.
  • Provide data for EMEA product catalogues via the EPROM portal.
  • Coordinate EMEA Supply Chain activities: system setup, sourcing, stock build, sales forecasts, and distribution key definitions.
  • Oversee IT, Quality, and Manufacturing activities for product launches.
  • Support product setup in Nearshore and Offshore laboratories, from local setup to launch.
  • Commit to the rollout launch plan and launch dates across EMEA countries.
  • Communicate project progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Follow up on projects post-launch.
  • Implement tools to improve new product introduction processes.
  • Support subsidiaries in product catalogue management.
Candidate Profile :
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, with initial experience in Project Management and relevant domain knowledge.
