Job summary

XRbentsh is seeking an experienced Network and Security Incident Manager in Paris to oversee L2/L3 network incidents, work with service providers and vendors, and act as the escalation point in emergencies. You will monitor KPIs, drive problem management and root cause analyses, and contribute to asset compliance with the security team.

The role requires 6–10 years in network/security operations, strong ITIL practice, and fluency in French and English, in a banking or large enterprise

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in network and security operations.
• Solid routing, switching, firewall, load balancing and VPN expertise.
• Strong ITIL knowledge including incident, problem and change management; vendor management.
• Service mindset with ability to handle pressure and emergencies.
• Professional level in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the handling of L2 and L3 network incidents with service providers and vendors.
• Act as the escalation point during Network emergencies.
• Monitor and analyse L2 support KPIs and propose improvement plans.
• Lead problem management and root cause analyses.
• Contribute to the compliance of telecom and network assets together with the security team.
• Take part in continuous service improvement projects.
