Job summary

Equans is seeking a SOC Analyst (F/M) to join the CSIRT in Courbevoie, France. You will detect and analyze IT security incidents, assess impact, and propose remediation steps to strengthen affected systems.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining incident documentation in an international context. Applicants should have a cybersecurity background, 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in cybersecurity operations, SOC or incident response.
• Fluent English; able to work in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Detect and assess security incidents in real time.
• Investigate attackers’ methods and assess compromise extent.
• Provide recommendations to remediate and harden systems.
• Support incident response with log collection and tool usage.
• Contribute to threat intelligence and incident documentation.
