London Stock Exchange Group seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy and maintain resilient, scalable network infrastructure for Post Trade services. You will collaborate with cloud, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability and compliance in a regulated environment.

You’ll influence system reliability by implementing automation, DR/BCP plans, and capacity management, while mentoring teammates and driving performance improvements across on-prem and cloud networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Network Engineer/SRE or similar in regulated/high-availability settings.
• Experience designing large-scale multi-site networks and complex topologies.
• Hands-on with VMware, Cisco switches, network security, and cloud networking (IS-IS, VXLAN, BGP, EVPN).
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).

Responsabilités

• Assess, design, and implement highly available network infrastructure.
• Plan capacity and troubleshoot network application products and services.
• Monitor and improve observability of network infrastructure.
• Lead DR/BCP planning and regular validation.
• Develop automation and reusable infrastructure components.
• Provide on-call support and incident response leadership.
