Stellar Telecommunications SAS is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Network Engineer to own operation, security and observability of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will manage the physical and cloud components, including firewalls, Wi‑Fi, virtualization hosts and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID services.

You will assess the current environment, identify risks, define remediation plans and implement improvements while collaborating with a cross‑functional, international team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in infrastructure and network engineering in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain and secure Stellar's infrastructure across network, Wi-Fi and firewall domains.
• Manage switches, routing, VLANs, DNS and IPv4/IPv6 addressing.
• Maintain Wi‑Fi access points and controllers; manage corporate and guest networks.
• Operate core, local and cloud firewalls, including VPNs and HA.
• Maintain NAS/storage; ensure capacity and performance.
• Implement and supervise backup solutions; conduct restore tests.
• Design and operate monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana and Elastic Stack.
• Handle incidents via ticketing system; perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory, diagrams, configurations and recovery procedures.
• Produce monthly activity reports on incidents, capacity and risks.
• Identify and implement infrastructure improvements aligned with security and scalability.
