Signaturit Group, part of the Namirial family, seeks a Systems and Network Engineer in the Île-de-France region (Puteaux). You will oversee data center management, system administration, and production infrastructure, with a focus on incident handling and platform improvements.

The role requires Debian Linux experience, virtualization and container orchestration (VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes), and strong automation and monitoring skills.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation frameworks.

What you will do at Signaturit

As a Systems and Network Engineer, your role is to ensure optimal service for our clients and development teams, supporting our growth. You are responsible for data center management, system administration, and the management of production infrastructure. You will handle incident resolution for production or third-party environments, maintain operational readiness, and work on projects to improve existing platforms.

Infrastructure Management:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain on-site servers, network equipment, and user workstations.
• Ensure the operational availability of critical systems and maintain high availability.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement and manage security protocols in accordance with industry standards (including ETSI EN 319 401).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for system administration regarding our Certificate Authority (CA) and Time Stamping Authority.

Operational Excellence:

• Monitor system performance and implement proactive, scalable monitoring solutions.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure rapid recovery of affected services.
• Develop and maintain backup, monitoring, and self-recovery systems to support business continuity.

Documentation & Collaboration:

• Participate in drafting and updating technical architecture documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices regarding system operations, security and continuous improvement.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

• Master degree in IT, Network & System, at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working in Debian Linux environments. We use a mix of VM (VMWare, Proxmox and Nutanix), containers (Docker Swarm, K8S) and physical servers.
• Experience with Orchestration (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) Automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Datadog, ...)
• Honest, reliable, hard-working and you have a growth mindset.
• Proactive: the best way to solve an incident is to avoid it! You always look for better ways to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically savvy: you know the ins and outs of all digital tools you use and you quickly understand and become an expert on any new tools you need to use.
• Very well organized: you can prioritize, keep yourself focused and always pay attention to detail.

Language Skills:

Fluency inFrench and English mandatory.
