Job summary

Veepee is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and redesign features across our online platforms. You will collaborate with international teams and contribute to scalable microservices, APIs, and data access layers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET Core, SQL/NoSQL experience, cloud tooling, and a track record of writing tests, mentoring juniors, and thriving in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong C# and .Net Core experience.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building APIs and web services.
• Fluent in English and able to work in international teams.
• Experience coordinating small development teams.
• Commitment to code quality with unit and integration tests.
• Agile mindset with openness to open source contributions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and redesign existing ones.
• Propose interfaces and other improvements.
• Review teammates' designs and keep code clean.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of applications.
• Respect production deadlines and review legacy code to avoid bugs.
• Write technical documentation.
• Handle technical interviews for new developers.
