Solvay is seeking a Senior Electrical Network Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance and improvement of the on-site Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical network. You will manage projects, coordinate external companies and ensure reliability and energy optimization.

The role includes leading a 4-person team, drafting maintenance procedures and integrating CMMS processes, with on-call duties as needed. A degree in industrial electricity and MV/LV experience are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent training in industrial electricity.
• Experience in industrial environments or Medium Voltage and Low Voltage electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of Siemens equipment.

Responsabilités

• Network operation: complex electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, switching operations during working hours or on-call.
• Projects and works: needs definition, study management, sizing of installations, execution of installations.
• Maintenance structuring: drafting procedures, optimization of maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, CMMS data handling.
• Management of a team of 4 technicians, safety tools, standards, and training.
