Luxoft is seeking a Senior Front Office Murex Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and functional design for a metals commodities Murex implementation in France. You will bridge business needs with Murex design, collaborating with traders, risk managers, IT, and Murex consultants to enable trading, valuation, risk, and position management capabilities.

The role demands deep Murex Front Office expertise, strong knowledge of MX.3, and experience across large multi-project

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Murex FO Business Analysis experience.
• Experience within Commodities, Energy, Metals, or Capital Markets.
• Minimum 5 years focused on Front Office Murex implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Murex MX.3.
• Extensive experience with Murex Front Office modules.
• Experience across multiple end-to-end Murex implementation programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with Front Office stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes and target operating models.
• Capture and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, User Stories and Process Flows.
• Act as liaison between traders, business users and Murex configuration teams.
• Define Murex Front Office configuration requirements.
• Review product setup and pricing configuration; design booking models and trade workflows.
• Define valuation, pricing and market data requirements.
• Validate Front Office reports, dashboards and analytics.
• Ensure standard Murex functionality is leveraged wherever possible.
• Define market data sourcing requirements; support integration with ZEMA; support curve-building and pricing validation.
• Review valuation models and pricing outputs with traders and risk teams.
• Lead analysis and solution design for Exchange-Traded Products, aluminium futures, EUA futures, swaps, and other commodities.
• Trade capture, position management, P&L, market valuation, risk and sensitivity reporting requirements; lifecycle event management.
• Data mapping review; end-to-end business process validation.
