Doctolib is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to help transform our mobile app into a full health companion powered by AI. You will shape architecture, drive quality, and guide mobile teams to deliver high-performance features that improve patient care.

You will collaborate with product, design, and business teams in a hybrid Paris-based setup, mentoring engineers and pushing for scalable mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-usage mobile applications (B2C preferred).
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices.
• Experience establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale.

Responsabilités

• Establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain.
• Drive technical excellence across mobile development with high code quality.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform.
• Mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead by example in building features that enhance UX and app performance.
