DiliTrust, a leading SaaS publisher in Europe, is hiring a Lead Mobile Engineer in France to rebuild our native mobile apps with React Native and AI-powered tooling. You will define architecture, set up CI/CD, and scale the mobile platform, guiding a growing team across product, design, and backend partners.

We value leadership, hands‑on execution, and a strong track record shipping production iOS and Android apps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• Proven track record as a React Native expert, with deep ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience starting a mobile project from scratch: bootstrap, architecture, CI/CD, store deployment.
• Production mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Hands‑on with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full rebuild of our native mobile apps using React Native from scratch.
• Define and implement scalable mobile architecture and performance.
• Set up complete mobile CI/CD pipelines (build, test, store deployment).
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate development and quality.
• Establish mobile engineering best practices and release processes.
• Mentor the mobile team and collaborate with product/design/backend teams.
