Doctolib is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to advance our Patient domain, focusing on React Native to transform the mobile app into a health companion powered by AI. You will shape mobile architecture, drive code quality, mentor engineers, and contribute to a scalable platform used by care teams and patients in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-usage mobile apps.
• Deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices.
• Experience establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale.
• Product-oriented with ability to guide teammates on tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints.

Responsabilités

• Establish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain.
• Drive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform.
• Mentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead by example in building features that enhance user experience and app performance.
