3S Money is seeking an experienced MLRO to lead financial crime investigations in France, collaborating with the compliance team to ensure regulatory obligations are met across jurisdictions. The role focuses on French AML/CFT, sanctions, and risk management within a fast-paced fintech environment.

The MLRO will oversee tasks from risk assessments to suspicious activity reporting, while guiding training and awareness across the organisation and maintaining close liaison with French authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial crime experience.
• Strong knowledge of EU/UK regulations and sanctions.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of French AML/CFT and sanctions for ACPR-regulated payments institutions.
• Keep EU and French sanctions knowledge up to date; advise group risk.
• Provide risk assessments and information for risk management and sanctions compliance.
• Lead awareness training for first and second line of defence staff.
• Support investigations and remediation of financial crime issues as required.
• Document and report suspicious activity to authorities and maintain audit trails.
