Rekindly Studio is hiring to build AI-powered conversational products. You will fine-tune self-hosted LLMs, improve datasets, and deploy models into production. The role requires hands-on experience with SFT/LoRA/QLoRA, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, with strong Python skills.

You will work remotely within Europe, collaborating with AI engineering, product, and DevOps teams, and will participate in long-term B2B collaboration with 20 days leave and equipment budget.

Qualifikationen

• Proven hands-on experience fine-tuning open-weight LLMs
• Knowledge of deploying models to production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with SFT, LoRA and QLoRA
• Familiarity with preference-based training such as DPO or GRPO
