Ubisoft is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable ML systems ensuring player safety and trust. You will operate at the nexus of NLP, anomaly detection, graph learning, and LLMs, translating research into production-ready solutions with a strong bias for delivering impact at scale.

The role requires hands-on experience deploying production ML models, strong Python skills, and expertise in MLOps, NLP/LLMs, and graph-based learning.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills with good testing and CI/CD practices.
• Experience deploying and monitoring production ML models (MLOps, drift monitoring).
• Hands-on NLP/LLMs: fine-tuning transformers, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM pipelines.
• Experience with graph-based ML (GNNs) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud/trust & safety systems in production.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark) and cloud data platforms; familiarity with Databricks or Azure services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; English is mandatory for presentations and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design, train, and deploy ML models across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph-based learning for player safety and security.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques, adapting research to production constraints.
• Take full ownership of projects: define success metrics, monitor live systems, and iterate.
• Write, optimize, and ship high-quality production-grade code with modern MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning, observability).
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver models and prediction pipelines to production on internal or public cloud infrastructures.
