You will drive LLM/NLP model development, data infrastructure, and agentic workflow orchestration, while mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced, global AI team.

• Advanced knowledge of LLMs and VLMs architectures and post-training methods.
• Experience building data and model pipelines for large-scale workflows.
