Jobgether in France seeks an experienced engineer to build the AI engine behind interactive roleplay experiences. You will develop systems that listen to learner responses, evaluate performance, and generate real-time coaching feedback, guiding dynamic AI interactions in a product-focused environment.

You will translate ML capabilities into reliable product experiences, work in a high-performing engineering team, and contribute to sophisticated AI tools at scale with pragmatic, fast execution

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of professional software engineering experience including two+ years at senior level.
• Strong practical knowledge of machine learning applied to real-world product challenges.
• Experience in large scale engineering organizations with strong engineering culture.
• Strong product and commercial orientation and ability to tie technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Software development skills with product-focused engineering across various product work.
• Pragmatic, action-oriented, iterative, and data-driven approach.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in fast-moving, multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ownership and delivery of meaningful outcomes with autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve ML models powering interactive AI roleplay and coaching experiences.
• Develop systems to listen to and interpret learner responses and assess performance.
• Create real-time feedback enabling actionable guidance on communication and performance.
• Develop AI-driven decision systems for avatar responses based on context.
• Apply ML to solve practical product challenges and translate capabilities into user experiences.
• Contribute to product initiatives balancing ML development with broader software engineering.
• Collaborate within a high-performing team to design, build, test, and iterate scalable product solutions.
• Prioritize rapid experimentation and measurable commercial and product outcomes.
