Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, train and deploy scalable ML models focused on player safety and security. You will work across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph learning, balancing research and production needs to deliver production-grade solutions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, applying MLOps practices, and delivering pipelines to production on internal or public cloud infrastructure. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Proven experience deploying and monitoring production ML models (MLOps, model serving, drift monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with NLP / LLMs: fine-tuning transformer models, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM-based pipelines.
• Experience with graph-based ML (GNNs) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud/trust & safety systems in a production context.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark) and cloud data platforms; familiarity with Databricks (DAB, Delta Live Tables) or Azure-specific services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; English is mandatory (presentations, cross-team collaboration, reporting).
• Ideal candidate: token classification (NER) and/or GNN training (node classification, link prediction, graph construction pipelines).

Responsabilités

• Design, train, and deploy ML models across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph-based learning use cases.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques — adapt latest research to production constraints.
• Take full ownership of projects: interact with stakeholders, define success metrics, monitor live systems, iterate.
• Write, optimise, and ship high-quality code that runs at scale with MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model versioning, observability).
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver models and prediction pipelines to production on cloud infrastructures.
