Ubisoft Entertainment is a global leader in gaming, with teams shaping experiences from Assassin’s Creed to Just Dance. We seek a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design scalable ML systems for player safety and security within the Data Office.

You will bridge research and engineering, deploying production-grade models across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph learning. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from data to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams on cloud-based pipelines

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience deploying and monitoring production ML models (MLOps, model serving, drift monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with NLP/LLMs: fine-tuning transformers, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM-based pipelines.
• Experience with graph-based ML (GNNs) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud/trust & safety systems in production.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark) and cloud data platforms; familiarity with Databricks or Azure services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Design, train, and deploy ML models across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph-based learning use cases.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques for production constraints; adapt latest research when needed.
• Take full ownership of projects: stakeholder interaction, define success metrics, monitor live systems, iterate.
• Write, optimise, and ship high-quality code that runs at scale; apply modern MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, observability).
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver models and prediction pipelines to production on cloud infrastructures.
