Ubisoft in Saint-Mandé (Paris region) is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who can build scalable production-grade ML systems focused on player safety and security. You’ll work at the intersection of NLP, anomaly detection, graph learning, and LLMs to deploy real-world solutions.

You will blend research with engineering, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with data and software engineers to ship models and prediction pipelines to production on cloud platforms.

Qualificações

• Strong Python software engineering skills with a focus on clean code, testing, and documentation.
• Proven track record deploying and monitoring production ML models (MLOps, model serving, drift monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with NLP / LLMs: fine-tuning transformer models, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM-based pipelines.
• Experience with graph-based ML (GNNs) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud/trust & safety systems in production.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark) and cloud data platforms; familiarity with Databricks or Azure services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; English is mandatory for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, train, and deploy ML models across player safety use cases including NLP, anomaly detection, and graph learning.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques and adapt research to production constraints, building from scratch when needed.
• Take full ownership of projects: define success metrics, monitor live systems, and iterate.
• Write, optimise, and ship high-quality code that runs at scale with modern MLOps (CI/CD, model versioning, observability).
• Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver models and prediction pipelines to production on cloud infrastructures.
