Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming, leveraging data to drive action and safeguard players. You will design, train, and deploy production ML models across NLP, anomaly detection, and graph learning, delivering scalable solutions for real-time use on cloud and on-prem infrastructures.

The role requires senior ML engineering experience, strong Python, and hands-on MLOps, with the ability to bridge research and engineering.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills with clean code, tests and CI/CD.
• Proven experience deploying and monitoring production ML models (MLOps, drift monitoring).
• Hands-on NLP/LLMs: fine-tuning transformers, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM-based pipelines.
• Experience with graph-based ML (GNNs) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of anomaly detection or fraud/safety systems in production.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark) and cloud data platforms; familiarity with Databricks or Azure services is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; presentations and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with token classification (NER) or GNN training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for player safety and security use cases.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques for production constraints.
• Own projects end-to-end: engage stakeholders, define success metrics, monitor live systems, iterate.
• Write, optimise, and ship production-grade code with modern MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, observability).
• Deliver models and prediction pipelines to production on internal or public cloud infrastructures.
