Verkor is seeking a Mixing Senior Engineer for its Dunkirk gigafactory in France. You will lead the electrode mixing process in mass production, collaborate with product engineering to optimize mixing, and drive automation to reduce costs while ensuring quality.

You will support SOPs, ramp-up, and root-cause investigations of defects, contributing to the factory's ramp-up and mass production goals. The ideal candidate holds an MS in Engineering and ≥8 years in mixing/manufacturing, with

Qualifications

• MS in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with mixing process.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in battery manufacturing.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills with tools e.g. Python, Matlab, and Minitab.

Responsabilités

• Support the teams during SOP and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborating with the product engineering team to optimize the mixing process for the electrode design.
• Improving mixing by increasing the level of process automation, which will save capital and operating costs.
• Testing and validating state-of-the-art technologies for use in the mixing process.
• During operation, you will complete root cause investigations into defects in the mixing process.
