Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs based in France. You will serve as a scientific leader across Medical Affairs activities, translating clinical evidence into practical recommendations and guiding external engagements with key thought leaders.

You will lead publication planning, medical communications, and strategic initiatives while providing backup support for Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and product complaints as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, Medical Affairs preferred.
• Ability to translate evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with medical education materials and publications.
• Knowledge of publication standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead external scientific engagements and thought leader programs.
• Plan and conduct advisory boards, congress coverage, and insights generation.
• Develop KTL engagement plans and coordinate follow-up with leadership.
• Provide scientific coverage at national/regional congresses and post-congress reporting.
• Lead medical communications and non-promotional materials.
• Support publication activities including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Assist with pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, and product complaints as backup.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams on initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in Medical Affairs processes.
