Aerogen, a world leader in aerosol drug delivery, seeks a Lead Medical Science Liaison for EMEA. Based in France or Spain, you will lead medical affairs strategy, engage KOLs, and drive evidence generation across multiple countries while collaborating with global teams.

This field-based role requires 60–80% travel, remote work capability, and strong leadership of MSLs. You will be responsible for scientific exchange, training internal staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance with GCP

Qualifications

• MSL leadership experience with remote teams preferred.
• Advanced scientific training (MSc or higher) required; PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Medical Affairs strategy and regional operational plans across EMEA.
• Engage key opinion leaders and respiratory professionals across countries.
• Drive scientific exchange and evidence generation activities with KOLs.
• Support local guidelines and provide training to internal teams.
• Lead regional MSLs, mentor staff and report KPIs and progress.
