Mane Contract Services are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join a major engineering and construction organisation delivering high-value projects across data centres, advanced technology and life sciences. The role focuses on day‑to‑day management and delivery of mechanical systems on site, with responsibility from design coordination through to handover.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of site delivery experience, strong planning skills, and familiarity with Primavera and CAD/BIM

Qualifications

5+ years' experience with a recognised Mechanical/Electrical contractor.
Strong site delivery and project coordination experience.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and stakeholders.
Familiar with Primavera and CAD/BIM processes.

Responsabilités

Manage mechanical systems and installation packages on site.
Coordinate with client design team, main contractor, suppliers and subcontractors.
Review IFC drawings, specifications and design information.
Coordinate BIM installation drawings and ensure compliance with specifications.
Manage RFIs, technical queries and design changes.
Monitor progress against programme and identify delays or risks.
Support QA/QC requirements and handover documentation.
Coach junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
